Casa Das Lérias, our 7th (Seven) project at Amarante in Portugal, Its location on the other hand, is completely privileged: the main façade marks the start to one of the main arteries of the historic city center and sits two minutes walking from the Largo do Mosteiro de São Gonçalo. The south façade of the building rests on the first line of the right bank of the river Tâmega, turning to an outdoor garden area, which allows the property to share its location with a natural space, and with a unique view over the left bank of the river. The city is home to the MIMO festival in Portugal, the Wine Green Amarant festival, Conventual Confectionary Fair, the Old fashion and Festa Amarantina which attracts lots of tourists into the city.
