WORKSHOP ON EB-3, A U.S. LEGAL IMMIGRATION PROGRAM “EMPLOYMENT AND FAMILY IMMIGRATION OPPORTUNITIES TO THE U.S.”

Phnom Penh, February 19, 2022 – A seminar was held at Raffles Hotel Le Royal by a team of local and international immigration experts to present opportunities for Cambodians to immigrate to the United States legally for work and residency through a US government visa program – EB-3. Experts from local immigration service providing firm, First-Class Solutions Ltd. Ltd., and Mercan Group, organized the workshop with more than 100 participants mainly from Phnom Penh.

Lim Kruy, CEO of First-Class Solutions Ltd. Ltd. – the company that provides immigration consultation services – said the purpose of the seminar was to raise the awareness of the Cambodian people of the US government’s EB-3 visa program through which they can apply to work and live in the US legally.

“Before, it was more complicated when people wanted to immigrate to the US; they must have relatives or friends there who could act as guarantors and so on. But, for the EB-3 visa program, for people who are willing or able to perform unskilled work, they can apply. And we are here to help you,” said Lim Kruy.

“For the applications, First-Class Solutions Ltd. works with partners, lawyer firms, and employers in the US to help local applicants in Cambodia to apply for working and immigration via this EB-3 visa program. So, we do all the work necessary to help the applicants,” he added.

To help people to apply for the EB-3 visa, First-Class Solutions Ltd. has partnered with Mercan Group – a Canada-based company with over 3 decades of experience helping foreigners across the globe immigrate to the US, Canada and EU via investment, studying and working.

Partnering with First-Class, Mercan Group works directly with lawyer firms and employers in the US to help local Cambodians immigrate to the US under the EB-3 immigration program.

According to the First-Class CEO, to apply for the EB-3 program, you must be physically fit, aged between 21 to 50, be willing to learn English, and have good criminal record and good health. Those qualified, moreover, can also bring along their spouse and children under 21.

EB-3 is the US government’s immigration program that enables US employers, with a full time, permanent and validated job offer in entry level occupations, to petition for a foreigner’s (and their family) granting of permanent residence in the US.
